From David Gray – Found this in old family album. 1960. I can remember some of my classmates. Top row 4 from left Derek Livingstone (sadly died in 2010). 6- Christopher Pountain, 7- Brian Johnston, 9- Alan Buchan, 12- Iain McLachlan. 2nd row 6- Graeme Harper, 8- John Rennie, 10- David Stephens (?), 11- Alan McKay.3rd row 1 – Keith Hatfield, Teacher Mrs Barnet, 4- Roy Ross, 5- David Gray, 6- Nigel ?. As to what happened to them, I used to occasionally bump into some of them around Edinburgh up to the late 70s (e.g. Halcrow became a teacher and Moffat worked at the Halifax) but don’t believe I have seen any since. Al Senter though knows more about some of them.

Gary Thomson became a surgeon. Don’t know what he is doing now.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Crawfurd Adamson<\/a> , who sadly died in 2024, was one of the UK’s foremost figurative artists – according to Wikipedia Adamson’s works are part of the collections of museums the world over. Some notable locations of his works include the Metropolitan Museum of Art<\/a>, New York, The Fleming Collection, London, Standard Chartered Bank<\/a>, CSO Valuation, Gartmore Investment Co. Ltd.<\/a>, Prudential Insurance<\/a> and the Wiltshire Education Department<\/a>. His works are in several private collections. – Will<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Miss Barbara E Roy M.A.  retired in 1970 having taught at the school for 24 years. This paragraph is from Schola Regia \u2013<\/p>\n\n\n
