As usual we cordially invite former pupils of the Royal High School, their partners and guests to gather from 6.30 p.m. for pre-dinner drinks and relaxed conversation in the adjoining Victoria Bar.\u00a0 Dress for the Dinner is formal with, for the men, black tie, Highland attire\u00a0or lounge suit all acceptable.<\/span><br \/>\r\n\r\n<span id=\"yui_3_16_0_1_1422299188920_3192\">This year we welcome <b id=\"yui_3_16_0_1_1422299188920_3201\">Pauline Walker, the newly-appointed Rector of the Royal High School<\/b>, who will be chatting with <b>Al Senter<\/b> about her life, her career in education, and her thoughts on the future of the school.\u00a0 We are also delighted to announce that <b>Royal High former pupil Eleanor Morton<\/b> will be giving us a flavour of the sharp observational humour that has made her one of the hottest names on the stand-up comedy circuit. Eleanor\u2019s talents don\u2019t end with performing because she is currently training to be a film director at the Met Film School in London.<\/span><br \/>\r\n\r\n<span id=\"yui_3_16_0_1_1422299188920_3193\">The price of the excellent three-course dinner remains at \u00a348 and demand for tickets is bound to be high. Make sure that you don&#8217;t miss out by sending a cheque to Alex Prentice, made payable to \u2018The Royal High School Club in London\u2019, using the reply slip below.\u00a0 An early response would be much appreciated to help us with planning the event.<\/span><br \/>\r\n\r\n<span id=\"yui_3_16_0_1_1422299188920_3202\">To reach the RAF Club, simply turn right out of Green Park Underground station (Jubilee, Piccadilly and Victoria lines) and walk down Piccadilly for four hundred metres in the direction of Hyde Park Corner. The RAF Club is at 128, Piccadilly just before the turning into Old Park Lane.<\/span><br \/>\r\n\r\n<span id=\"yui_3_16_0_1_1422299188920_3203\">The RAF Club has some reasonably-priced accommodation available for Annual Dinner attendees.
